Terms of Service

Use of the Southwest Farm Fresh website constitutes agreement to our terms of use.

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pick up your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order.  If we deliver your order to your residence, you are responsible for ensuring that the items left outside your home are secure from animals, theft, or other risks.  Management may be able to make arrangements for you to pick up your order at a different time, but Southwest Farm Fresh is under no legal obligation to allow customers to pick up orders outside of the designated time window.

We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. In the event that you receive a substandard product, we will gladly issue you a credit against future orders.  Please immediately notify the General Manager of any problems with your order so that we can take steps to make things right with you.  Email us through our contact form or text us at 970-560-1028.

Some portions of this website permit username and passwords to be used. You are responsible for protecting your unique username and password and you agree to be responsible for all activities performed under your user account.
