Breitstar Farm is located west of Dolores Colorado. The farming space is about 1/4 acre with a very diverse surrounding of native trees and plant life. The views and wildlife are abundant and magnificent. As a steward of the land I truly respect and recognize the lovely balance between growing and appreciating the health of the soil.

The farming practices employed on the farm are based on soil health. Basically a closed system is used on the farm using inputs produced only here and utilized in the compost. No chemical sprays or soil additives are used in growing the food. A wide variety of crops are grown using rotation and companion planting. Food safety is of the utmost importance using only drip tape for irrigation of all crops and proper handling of harvested food.
